These Terms govern your use of the Hotel Property Finance website and our finance-arrangement service. By using the site or submitting an enquiry you accept these Terms.

Our role

We are a finance arranger and introducer. We are not a lender and we do not provide financial, legal, tax or investment advice. We introduce hotel operators, buyers, investors and developers to lenders and funding partners and help structure and place funding. Any finance is provided by, and on the terms of, the relevant lender.

No offer of finance

Information on this website, including indicative rates, loan-to-value figures, loan-to-cost figures, terms and example structures, is illustrative only. It varies by lender, operator and case and does not constitute an offer of finance or a commitment to lend.

Regulatory status

Hotel finance arranged for operators and for business and experienced borrowers is unregulated lending and falls outside the Financial Conduct Authority's regulated mortgage perimeter. Where a transaction would require FCA authorisation, including a regulated owner-occupier mortgage, we refer it to an authorised firm.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the website or from any finance arranged. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
